  • How Long does waxing usually take?
Waxing will take anywhere from 20 minutes to 50 minutes
  • Does it Hurt?
The answer is YES! but only temporarily.
  • How do I prepare for my waxing appointments?
Making sure you have clean, dry skin (NO deodorant or moisturizers to be used)
  • If I have an open wound or cut can I still get waxed?
No you cannot get waxing done on any wounds, cuts, scabs, sores or bruising you will have to reschedule your appointment.
  • How do I prepare for my Lash / Brow Treatments?
Arrive to your appointment on time. Arrive with NO eye or brow make up on. This is be removed - if you arrived to your appointment with heavy makeup you may be charged a cleaning fee. NO MASCARA. Do NOT drink any caffeinated drinks 1 hour prior to your appointment. Your eyelids will flutter and it will be super difficult to apply tint or a lash rod for a lash lift. Once you've arrived please put your phone down and on silent and enjoy a chat, listening to music or having a nap.
  • Can I get my lashes wet after my Lash Lift & Tint or a Brow Lamination?
NO!! You cannot and we do NOT recommend getting your lashes/brows wet for 24 hours after your appointment. This will cause loss in the lash curl or brow setting and the tint could possibly run.
  • Can I go into steam rooms?
No, it is recommended to avoid steam rooms for 24/48 hours prior and after your appointment.
  • Can I go swimming after my appointment?
No, it is recommended to wait 24/48 hours after your appointment to go swimming.
  • How long will my Lash Lift/ Brow Lamination last?
A Lash Lift/ Brow Lamination can last 6-8 weeks.
  • How long will my Lash Tint/ Brow Tint last?
It will last anywhere from 6-8 weeks on the natural lashes and brow hairs.
  • I have tattoo'd brows, Can I still get them laminated?
You sure can, they must be fully healed though, otherwise you will need to reschedule your appointment.
  • What is the difference between a Brow Stain & a Brow Tint?
A Brow Tint is the OG when it comes to styling your brows. It is designed to tint the brow hair and will only last on the skin for 7 days (which will make your brow looks darker then you may have thought BUT have no fear as it does fade). Brows can be tinted darker for a more dramatic look however don't usually last more then 3-4 weeks. A Brow Stain/Dye last longer, staining or dying the skin for up to 10 days whilst sticking to the brows hairs for 6-8 weeks. A stain/ dye can help to fill in any gaps your brows may have (meaning it stains/dyes the skin too) If your wanting subtle opt for a tint, if your wanting people to notice those amazing brows opt for a stain/dye.
  • What do I need to do before I get my spray tan?
Make sure you have shaved the area's you are wanting Spray Tanned - (meaning you've exfoliated that skin to remove all the dead skin follicles).
  • How long should I wait to wash my tan off?
So the tan we use is variable to the look your wanting to achieve, which means it develops every hour - so it is completely up to you how dark you'd like to be. Remember use water only to rinse, do not wash your hair (the brown that is being washed away is excess bronzer which is completely normal)
  • How do I make my tan last a little longer?
Please exfoliate prior to your appointment, shave the parts you are wanting tanned. Refrain from using moisturiser or gradual tanner the day before and day of your appointment. It is recommended to shower prior to your appointment to exfoliate and shave. Moisturise daily after rinsing your bronzer off to extend the period of your tan. (I've had clients tell me their tan has lasted 7-9 days after the initial treatment)
  • Can I eat dark staining foods after my appointment?
No, we recommend to stick to a STRICT white diet. Which means no dark staining drinks, tea, coffee, red wine, soft drinks, tomato sauces alcoholic drinks or juice. All dark staining foods such as red bolognese, soy sauce, red meat, chocolate and fruit (bananas, apples and pears are okay) We recommend steering clear for 48-72 hours.
  • Can I smoke?
No smoking for 24-48 hours to optimise results - smoking causes staining almost instantly.
  • Do I have to use a certain toothpaste?
We recommend not coloured toothpaste (red or blue) or mouthwash for up to 24-48 hours.
  • Can I drink any drinks that I want to?
We recommend drinking any drink (soft drink etc) through a straw. Water is okay of course.
  • When should I be getting touch ups?
We recommend getting your teeth whitening touched up every 6-12 months after your initial appointment.
  • Can Teeth Whitening cause sensitivity?
Yes, there is a possibility that it can cause sensitivity. We recommend booking an appointment with your dentist to discuss if you're able to get your Teeth Whitened. If your dentist is okay with you getting your Teeth Whitened then we can complete the consult and book you in.
  • Can I get my Teeth Whitened If I'm Pregnant?
No, there isn't enough research to say that it is safe for pregnant women.
