Shipping Policy

 

Natures Beauty Spa Salon charges accordingly with Australia Post Rates, Australia Wide.
All orders will be shipped through Australia Post (Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days) and (Express 1-2 Business Days)

Once your order has been shipped we will send you a tracking number.

We do also offer click and collect services from our site in Poowong.

Once your order is ready we will be in contact to arrange a collection time.

Please note: Pre-ordered items must have a 50% deposit placed at the time of ordering. Items will not be ordered until deposit has been made.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

Natures Beauty Spa Salon does not offer refunds or change or mind on any purchases so please choose wisely. Exchanges for same products are acceptable.

In the event that a product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 business day with pictures of the damaged/broken products. Whilst your claim is being assessed please DO NOT use any of the products as we may require additional photographs or require the products to be returned back to us. All damages or concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery or we will be unable to help.
